Southern Waters

New to tournament skiing? To enter the 2009 Georgia State Championships please complete the following tasks.

1. Print out the entry form in adobe acrobat attached to this notice.
2. Complete the entry form, forms without complete contact information can not be accepted.
3. Entry fee is only $50.00 for juniors (under 18) and $60.00 for adults.
4. Make checks payable to Blair Holding LLC
5. Send entry form and fee to 13 Southern Waters Way, Forsyth GA 31029.
6. Check the Southern Waters website for entry verification.

All skiers equipment and conduct are subject to review by the Saftey Committee and their decisions allowing participants access is final.
